I have not had my child for the last 5 years for halloween, only one fathers day never on either of our birthdays and everyother thanks giving and every other spring break christmas break is broken at the 26th every other year and I get her durring the summer when her mother would have to pay for child care for 51 days. her mother is moving her for the tenth time in 4.5 years changing her school for the 6th time in 5.0 years she continues to refuse to communicate or mediate anything.
