I apologize if I confused you for someone else. I had a similar inquiry yesterday.

If the order is a temporary order, it can be modified so long as there is change of circumstance. It is actually easier to change than an OFP.

Ultimately, if the order is only a temporary order, you should be working to build a case to change the result at the ultimate trial and/or working with the custody/parenting time evaluator if one has been appointed.
