That is a pretty good schedule and allows each parent frequent short term contact which is what is recommended for bonding with infants. I would memorialize that schedule as a stipulation and order and as teh child matures seek more time. If you simply run to court to contest it, the other parent is liable to pull the rug out from under you by denying visits and seeking a lesser schedule than you curently have in court.
