We were wondering though, when it comes to things like move-away clauses, life insurance, rights & responsibilities, who will pay for college, tax deductions, etc., what category do these things fall under? How would we going about adding these things to our situation? Right now, there is only a 7 year old child support order and a visitation order. There are no specific orders on all the things inbetween.
What does my husband need to file (type of motion) in order to get some specifics on paper? Thanks so much for your time.
