Any agreement on that issue would likely have to be reached at the time of the initial divorce to have any real leverage to negotiate an agreement to modify the statutory standar. At this point, that is likely not a viable issue.
(2) life insurance: Life insurance to secure child support obligations is usually required at the time of a divorce. The court generally does not consider that issue after the fact unless there is a failure to pay.
(3)college: Not every state has an obligation to pay for college expenses. This will depend on your state and it is controlled by those statutes.
(4)tax deductions: The court can determine who benefits the most from the tax deduction and allow one parent or the other to claim.
