My husband and BM were never married so there was no divorce hearing. Therefore, a lot of these issues never came up.
Basically, most monetary things fall under the child support order, and things concerning us seeing SD fall under the visitation order. But what about all the other things that go along with rasing a child (like I mentioned in my first post.) What order do those fall under? Custody?
Because my husband is unhappy with the current visitation order, he petitioned the court to modify the visitation order. We have drafted a 10 page parenting plan... how do we get this seen by the court so when DH and BM disagree on who has the right to discipline their child, for example, they have the plan to fall back on.
