(1) move-away clauses: As I said, this is governed by statute. It is part of the custody issue.

(2) life insurance: Probably not an issue if the parties were not married. This would be part of the child support issue, hoewever.

(3)college: This is a child support issue if it is an issue. Not every state has an obligation to pay for college expenses. This will depend on your state and it is controlled by those statutes.

(4)tax deductions: This is a child supoort issue
