It sounds good. The only part I thought could use some refining or deleting is the last line, "I will return the children to school on the morning of Tuesday, January XXth, 2006. You may pick them up from school that day and resume your parenting time".

It comes off as you giving your permission, which could be offensive.

Why not just say you will be dropping the child off at school and leaving. You could add something like,"Please let me know if you will be picking .... up from school or if he/she will be riding the bus home on Friday so I can remind .... when I drop him/her off at school. Thank you."

I think it's your intent to make sure there is no miscommunication about what the after school arrangments are for your child on Friday.
