Today it was posted on the Court Docket that there is an "Order Denying Respondent's Exceptions". My fiance's ex is the Respondent and this is good for us.
However, we still don't know when we will get to see his little boy, but as of this coming Saturday it will be 1 year since he has seen his child for more than the 3 days this year that he was given by his ex to see him. Now after months of contempt, possibly we are a little closer!
My fiance's birthday is Saturday, and I do hope that an Emergency Pick-Up Order will now be put inforce so that he can see his son and start rebuilding their relationship. Even though they have had continual phone contact, as well all know, it isn't the same!
