Yes, we just filed an Emergency Pick-Up Order and the Judge won't sign it. Our attorney said that it may be because this is only for make-up visitation not a custody issue.
He was p'sd off to say the least. He is going to file criminal contempt on her on Monday and try to get an emergency hearing and he said that we are going to go ahead and file for custody. He said there is now enough evidence of her keeping my fiance' away from his son and her past history that we should have a good chance.
I just don't get it. How can a Judge sign an Order and then nothing happen? I just don't understand. We will hopefully know more Monday. But it looks like another Christmas missed another New Year and his Birthday missed. Really sucks!!!!! And now his ex is being such a beotch on the phone, like she is sitting pretty and not having to do anything. It is a bunch of crap!!!!!
Keep us in your thoughts and prayers, especially his 4 year old son....he needs it most.
