of course he probably won't even file, but it drives me nuts!!

and basically he is doing this because this year is My year for Christmas break and he has Christmas Eve (Since he has moved out of town I have said okay to him having them even on my years, and then my mom who lives in the same town as him takes my Christmas Eve)

So this year I, since again it was mine, I made plans to get together with family on New years Day in my ex's city. Still had no issues with the girls going out as soon as school let out and then I would pick them up on New Year's Eve. I figured he can pick them up (of course he is whining about not having money to do that as well)

Ex is pissed because he mad plans to go to the new girlfriends family's house which is in another state. (leaving on the 30th). I did insist that my kids would need to be with me on the 1st. If he was leaving town prior to my arrivals sometime on the 31st, he would have to drop them off at my mothers. Hus response
"if I am F*cking having them on New Years, then they will be with me and now one else"

So because he will not have the New Years day he will not be picking them up at all!!!!
He can't afford to pick them up (side note I never even got a chance to say I would throw them on the bus, he was to busy yelling about how he has a new life...again....LOL) but you'll be happy to know he is supposedly going to mail out his presents ($$)to them
And I should expect papers to be served for custody...

Ya know I get so tired of this crap!! and I am tempted to hit him back hard. He threw away a $1,000 pair of low vision aid glasses because his new dog "ate them" over thanksgiving, apparently in the 20 years he has worn glasses himself, no one ever explained the warranty process. And he hasn't paid half of medical in years.
