EX has 8 weeks summer, every other Christmas Break, Every other Spring break and Every other Thanksgiving, Plus every fall break they have.
As for why it would kill me, well it wouldn't but the same could be said of him. He has them every Christmas since moving away. We cold also get into the debate that he has them EVERY time they are not in school for a few days, so he has more actual time with them, than I do.
Transportation is suppossed to already be 50/50 but I provided the balk of it for the last 10 years due to him either not haveing a liscense or the money.
As for the kids, the kids would rather spend time with my extended, which they have not seen in some time, than travel to the new girlfriends home and meet people they have already met. and him backing out is exactly what I am upset over, I'm sorry but if a dad cares so little for his children that he would REFUSE to see them for a whole week over 1 day that is pretty stupid.
And yes the fact that he threw away a pair of glasses that cost a $1000.00 that I have to work 3 jobs for does piss me off.
