I just updated the other day, but should have waited to count the chickens until they hatched.

The Judge Denied my Fiance's Exceptions. Great, excited yeah, finally we will see his son now after a year and dealing with the garbage she tried to pull in Georgia.

Well not so fast! Her attorney filed a "Motion for Rehearing", "Motion for Stay", and "Motion for Relief from Judgment". Can someone explain to me what it is going to take for my fiance' to see his son. How long can this go on? It has been a year, since he has had anytime with his child ALONE!!!!!!! He did the supervised visitation from the Georgia courts only for their temporary jurisdiction and now she won't even answer the phone so he can talk to his son.

Christmas Miracle anyone? I just don't understand the justice system. I know most of you could go on a long tangent, but can someone explain to me why even after the judge vacated the first order to give her time to file exceptions and then moved forward after she filed them and signed it anyways, that they actually think he would overturn his own order again?

Is this their way of dragging it out some more so they don't have to turn the child over? What is it? Please help me to understand.
