I plan on sending a letter tomorrow. I got my ex in laws phone number and have called twice, no answer and no return call. But I left my number so I know now they have it also. I'm not suprised though b/c she's always been spiteful. I am about 7 hrs away from them so it's a bit difficult to just go to their old school. But if all else fails, I plan on calling the police. And if that doesn't work, next step is an attorney. I know that he is clearly violating our custody, he has for awhile, never gives me any information on drs visits, academics, or obviously moves. I didn't even know they were moving until about a week before they did, and even then he just gave me an estimate of when it would be. Question is does the attorney I contact have to be in that state? I am currently in Nj, they are in Pa. thank you
