I could never be that far away from my kids in the first place. Lies or not you have the right to apeal.If he lied to get custody then why wouldnt he lie to keep them away from you. If you lived in the area he really wouldnt have been as easy for him to split with the kids. Why did you not have their adress to where they were going to be moving?
