Well, my fiancee is now being officially investigated for sexual abuse of his 3 year old daughter. They are asking him to take a polygraph. I know it's the grandparents (who have custody) coercing her. Has anyone gone throught this or something like it? Anyone have any input? They say there is no statute of limitations, but CPS has 45-60 days to either make it founded or unfounded. Can they charge, or even convict solely on his daughters word? They won't find any evidence, there isn't any to be found. ANY input on what we may have in store would be greatly appreciated! Elizabeth
