I'd need more information before really giving good input. Did the daughter actually say something? And how old is she? Does he have a lawyer? If not can he afford one? If he can't does he know how to contact lawyers that possably might work pro-bono? Or at a low rate with options of payment plans? How often was he alone with the child? Who contacted CPS?
