They say there is no statute of limitations, but CPS has 45-60 days to either make it founded or unfounded. Can they charge, or even convict solely on his daughters word?
Yes and Yes, they can do all this.
They won't find any evidence, there isn't any to be found.
You can count on them finding "evidence" and they will come after you hard. You better be prepared and it is clear you are not prepared. Your nightmare is just beginning.
