This is for anyone that has followed my case. I really dont feel like rehashing my story. My main concern... our daughter up to this point, believes he is moving to her home town. She is scheduled to get on a plane(same day as mediation, lol). At this point, im not sure he will even put her on the plain. I know now, I should have listened to you about getting something in writing, but I didnt. Now, I am 3k miles away and no way to control this horrible situation. He is telling the courts that I abandoned our child. As you all know, from former posts., this is not the case.. I a so flabergasted by his change of plans and moods i truely do not know what to do.
