I'm sorry to have been so vague in my initial post. We do have a lawyer. We've had one since the beginning. She specializes in family law. The granparents petitioned for custody a year ago. The mom is too busy partying and wants to be a parttime mother. They got it because my fiancee had been denied visitation for so long, and didn't have much of a relationship. So, he started off with 1 hour supervised visitation, then 3 hours a week unsupervised, then the current 8 hours unsupervised. We get a call from CPS about a month ago. We allow the Social Worker to come into our home. He said they are alleging physical abuse, we pluck them in the head for punishment, make them watch adult shows/movies, and record them singing nasty songs. We denied everything, and gave him a complete tour of our home. He even looked through our movies.

Then, we get a summons. They want to amend the visitation and make it supervised due to these allegations. We get to court and the GM wants to suspend all visitation as there is an ongoing criminal investigation due to molestation. The social worker told the judge that he didn't find anything in our home. The judge didn't see enough evidence to amend the order at this time, Thank GOD!

A week later, (last week) an investigator comes to our home and wants to question my fiancee. He goes, with his lawyer present. They will agree to a polygraph as long as the questions stay in the lawyers perimeters.

I have a compiled a sort of "trial notebook", it contains copies of the last 6 directv bills (that show NO adult movies/shows of any kind), pictures of the girls and how happy they are here. And printouts from the court website that show they have nearly $30,000 in garnishments(to show that they are NOT the upstanding people that they want everyone to believe). They appointed a GAL, the same one we had before that knows what bull they put out (He ordered social services to put a protective order on them because they would not move out of the hotel they had been living in for the past 2 years).
