Well since you say you will be pack in 2 years, and he would see him more like over the summer (well your son is not school age so the summer shouldn't even matter now anyway, since you will be back in 2 years. But most people well the people i know who have been in the miltary are not 2 for sure where they will be the next 4 years untill closer to the move (could be wrong) . I think a judge would say since you are only going for two years . you go and the child stays. Even if you get full custody tomorrow and you wanted to move he could still fright you for custody and very well win if you chose to move. You said he see his kid and pays for his kid. trust without in court ordear in place he is doing a good job from what you 1st said then you wanted us all to know that he has been in trouble. One thing to really think about. My husband and I would love to move, but he has a child with someone else and we are the NC parents and we feel that it is best if we stay here. you will get full custody but that does not mean you could move.
