D is 15 and in significant PAS issues. My son used to have PAS just as bad, but he is completely over it. Now my x has our D right where she wants her. She is telling D there is nothing I can do. Up until last week, D had been telling her she wants to stay here, but that was before she went on restrictions for failing a blood test.
I already have D in counseling over both drugs and PAS. She doesn't want to be there and x backs up her desire to not go to drug counseling.
My questions: What can be done about parental kidnapping and what can be done about the problem of x lying about plans just to screw them up?
I would never have thought I would ask this question, but what are the laws for taping phone calls in FL? My x is filling my D's head with so much crap it is getting crazy. Plus if they are planning a kidnapping, I would like to know the details. I wouldn't mind cutting off the drug supplier either.
I went through both PAS and drug addiction with my son, and both recoveries were VERY successful, (He loves me a LOT and he hates drugs.) But that was 5 years apart and my D is suffering big-time from both at the same time.
