If you have custody she can't take her. I live in fl and when my husband was going to court with his ex. we were told fl does not have it were kids have a age where they can chose when they get to a certin age they can say but that does not mean that will happen. Also if you d needs to be in drug counseling she needs to be in it. you need to talk to a lawyer now. before she does try anything. good luck
