If the child is in counseling, what is the counselor's opinion regarding why the child is so uncomfortable with the visits?
That would seem to be a potentially crucial witness in any court proceeding and would supplement and actual evidence you have with regard to parental fitness.
Are you also certain that you discomfort and apparent rae is not influencing the child? That is certainly a risk and you should guard against it.
