LOL and you say this "man" is being responsible? 40 years old, lives with parents, no job, in and out of jail, on drugs. Wow, your view of "responsible" is a little out of sinc. He can't afford the counseling because he's being IRRESPONSIBLE and SELFISH by not getting a job like grown people do so that he CAN afford to go to counseling for his child. It's not her responsibility to pay for his half because he decides he wants to be a deadbeat and not get off his lazy ass! If she paid for it, it would further confirm him thinking that if he doesn't do it for himself, someone will!
