My only real issue is some of the labeling, like living with you parents make you unfit, no not really. Not having a job, again no one knows the other side. It is hard to get a job with a criminal record (also note mom helped create that) I find it interesting that the stalking and contacting her family was 3 years ago, and visitation only started 2 1/2 years ago.
And then the counseling, she claims she wants the son to have a relationship in one post but no contact in another. Also she refuses to allow dad join in the counseling sessions which she is alreay paying for because he can't pay her. (at least he is honest about it upfront and doesn't just stick her with a bill)
and she is willing to prolong the childs counseling and avoid actually resolving the problem over her stubborness.
