The provider is telling you not to pay anything to them, so you don't. Sounds like they are willing to bill and take payments from both parties. Not many providers will do that.
Residential care too huh? Wow in WA very few (by that I mean none)insurance companies have orthodonics as a core benefit and few employers elect to cover it, and residential care is almost always a listed exclusion from coverage.
Your guys' insurance rocks! It's probobly very expensive though (at least for the employers).
