I would. I don't think she is going to stop until it costs her some money.

The bad part will be that she will wine to the kids about how you and her father are telling lies to try and hurt her and send her to jail (or something even more dramatic). You may have to get a counselor's advise about how to respond when the kids accuse you of being terrible and trying to hurt their mother.
