Anyone here that can give me a few pointers about asking for shared custody of my grandson? His father was recently killed in an accident and his mother is my daughter!
My grandson is 9yo and his mother is 29 but only has the capability of a 15 yo her self.
What tips can you suggest I prepare for if this goes to court?
