whom children loved. ALMOST every single divorced seperated children from fathers reguardless of the relationship they had with them. In fact it is one of the major reasons our society has become the society it is today.

However, should research history of divorce a bit better. My grandparents generation did exactly what you said. Children were property and property automatically went to the father, reguardless of circumstances and as many fathers were the ONLY worker, the children were raised by aunts, sisters, new wifes, maids ect.

BOTH are extremes as are your solutions to cut the father out.

In some cases there is a parent who is abusive and should be supervised and education. But in MOST case there are not any allegations of abuse, there is simple 2 people who no longer care to reside in the same household.

Do some real research, read some history and case logs.

Tell me how many divorces are there in your county for the last 12 months, how many were jointly decided PRIOR to going to court. How many had allegations of abuse, how many were found to be vindictive. If you would actually research you would find thousands of divorces go through each month with only minor hassles and arguments and quielty resolve differences. (those would be the adults) then a handfull of young, niave or delusional ones who make noise, scream and hollar for attention.

If your ex is so bad, then leave him and file for full custody with supervised visitation. You must have some type of proof by now
