There are plenty of cases just on this board, where visitaion has been restricted or denied just off the word of the child or the other (My DH for example)

The system you speak of does hand out protection orders with mere accusation. CPS investigates with mere accusation.

And again if abuse occurs then you will at some point have tangible proof, marks, pictures, tapes.
