You know as lawyer that unproveable in court is not the same as never happened. a lot of people make the mistake of not reporting incidents the first time they occur, often most violent time, because they are in shock. One abuser I know only hit the kids on the back so the welts would not show in school. You really should get an education on domestic violence.
