Mother wanted bio father to exercise his rights for her to obtain full physical custody during divorce. Dad during a custody evaulation was recommended to have physical custody. Bio father believed that dad had every right to the child for accepting the situation. Mom gave up spousal maintenance in return for joint physical custody. Child knows bio father by name as a friend to mom. Since bio father did not do for mom she has soured the relationship.
