He called Sunday when they were not back. She said she would have them back Monday for school. They are still not back.
Background: Dad got custody b/c she went on the run with them for 3 months. Finally, the police caught up with her and the courts gave full custody. Divorce decree is vague-mom shal have visits at father choosing. They just do every other weekend. He eiather meets half way for drop off and half way for pick up, or he drives all the way for drop off and she drives all the way for drop off.
Kids came back few weeks ago with belt bruises from boyfriend. She is behind on cs. Now is not returning the kids for school.
Should he file for motion to have jurisdiction moved here? He is filing a police report b/c of the past taking. The school is aware of the situation.
