Mom stopped at the Wendy's down the street and had her 17 yo sister drop the kids off. She thought the police would be there. She called from Wedny's to let him know they were being dropped off. She asked if he was mad and laughed. He said "You just wanted to dampen Easter". She laughed again. He said you will mad in a few weeks and hung up.

He went to the school to inform them. They are aware. He filed a police report. Few weeks ago kids came home with belt buckle bruises from the BOYFRIEND. She refuses to give updated address.

So, he is filing contempt charges and also modifying orders due to bruises in which he photographed. He is going to try to get jurisdiction moved here in Galveston cty.

I read the order. It is very vague. "Petitioner shall have sole right to designate residence, care, etc...". Respondant shall have visitation at petitioners convenience with reasonable notice and reasonable time". She gets every other weekend and they live 150 miles apart (Lake Charles). She was ordered to pay attorney fee's (hasn't). Ordered to pay cs (she hasn't).

Dad has decided to go full force. We will see...
