In Jan, his wife left, he got caught for drunken driving again, decided he didn't want to care for special needs child and threw her out with clothes on her back.
i brought her home to Ohio with me, got a bigger aprtment and went to court to get temp custody. judge asked Dad if he objected to just having final custody hearing too. he agreed, I got custody CS set, and insurance info.
Now, he is appealing because he said I am not paying half of insurance claims or something. he refuses to meet me half way for his visitation as he told Judge he would so she wouldn't up his CS., But, he will lie and say it's all my fault everything is my fault you see.
He's telling our daughter now he hasn't drank anything in four months, his wife came back, he's sorry, doesn't she miss her step bother and sisters? Did I mention she is mentally retarded and believes everything he says. So, she is acting out in school. And on and on.
