sounds way too vague to really be enforceable, IMHO. talk to your daughter and see what would really works and then try to engage your ex. It sounds like you might be back in court if he is truly uncooperative. Make sure it isn't your daughter first. do you really want a sullen teen and a huge attorney bill on your hands if she is behind the stalling?
