I did appeal it and had case law to support my argument, but I was told by the Judge that in HIS courtroom HE was the "law". I could have appealed it further up the line, but man...that takes money and golly gee, I was out of work and didn't have any so I was stuck.
Because I was having such a difficult time finding employement...at the income level that they had imputed, I even requested a suspension or a reduction so that I could return back to school. Mapped out a plan when I could get an AS in just 1 1/2 years instead of two. They said "no, you have to work".
