Weren't you from Ohio? I am in Ohio and recently won custodyback. My ex is in WV, I thought you had similar situation. In court, my ex keeps lowballing his income. he has never had to give a tax rerutn or paycheck stub to Judge as she "trust" him to tell truth.
I , on the other hand, must submit my pay and I always tell truth regardless.
If I remember correctly anytime income in Wv for Non custodial is a difference of 10% you may ask Child Support to file a new order requesting and increase in CS. I haven't received a CS payment yet, so I can't do that.
Believe me, in WV it's better to have CS Bureau investigate.
