My aunt passed away almost two years ago and my parents got custody of my now 13 year old cousin. I am sick of watching them treat him badly for every little thing he does. They make him do jumping jacks for up to twenty minutes if he does one little thing wrong or doesnt listen. He basically lives his life in his bedroom because they just dont want to have to deal with him. He does have some behavior problems but I think it is being caused from the way they treat him. I just need to know what it would take for my husband and I to get custody of him so that he can be treated better and get the love and attention that he deserves.
