Liz, yes, it is 18 in PA. It would be nice if the age were older, but that is the law. My sister's husband lives in PA and his daughters were teenage when he met and married my sister. They didn't want to see him when they were in their early teens, but fortunately, by the time they turned 18, they matured and realized that their mother was poisoning them against their Dad. Now they have a great relationship with their Dad and stepmom (my sister).
