Are you sure?

I understand that an attorney has a legal obligation to honor his/her client's wishes, but we're talking about a minor child here and a parent's legal (and moral) obligation to do what is in the BIC of their child. From what you are saying, my child can have a lousy attorney and I have no recorse.

Yes, you say I can quit paying, but is that really true? Just as I am financially liable for my child if they get in a car accident or break someone's window while playing ball in the street, wouldn't I also be held liable for attorney's fees?
