Monday evening, my ex called to tell me that she is missing some money. All three sons denied taking the money. So, my ex decided that if nobody was to come forward, she was going to kick all three of them out of the house. She asked me if I had enough room for them to stay at my place. I told her I did. She then went ahead of her plan, and kicked them out and changed locks in the house, so that they cannot get into the house when she was away. Now two of the boys are under 18.
Isn't it against the law to kick out minors?
At this point, what would be my chances in court to get custody changed to joint?
What are my chances in court to get full custody?

Yesturday, we had a family meeting, to discuss the missing and if the boys can go back home. One of the two minors, under pressure from his 21 year old brother, said, "If it gets us all back home, then I'll take the fall." And the boys were allowed to return home.

Isn't it ironic, that divorce really doesn't release either husband or wife from matrimony when it involves children?
It just allows the custodial parent to abuse their rights and power, in order to control the non custodial parent like a slave.

Peace
