My ex and her mom have a pattern of calling authorities...especially on my ex's sister. Her sister had a stroke many years ago and has recovered quite miracalusly. However, the whole family was turned upside down and the husband is by no means a sait...but he does spank the daughter due to her out of control behavior, talk back at school, and being a potty mouth. The typical kid you may see at the store, being wild, and think to yourself "that kid needs a beatin" LOL.
Anyways, they have called police and CPS. Cps has concluded, several times, there is no abuse. Now they have targeted me and I ask what is next. She claims I have a drinking problem, look bloated, etc. (I am not, trust me...just a fat ass).
I am worried that they may go further...they claim we drink heavily when on the boat with the kids...and we don't..that is a simple fact...but when the kid is away this cat does play. I am single, share custody, and like to go out with friends. No drugs, just party. But all my friends say they have never someone like me be able to turn off the partying at 12 and switch to sober mode, drinking water instead. And I do.
Is this considered false accusation? Does this pattern give me any recourse? I am just concerned that I am going to be hounded, everything scrutinized. How would some of you pursue...quietly or what. Not sure what my options are.
