i think what HRUs is saying is that just settle with the mother in order that the daughter gets to live with you.

having your daughter live with you is what you are after---not the money.

right?

make arrangements for cs later---after you have filed the change papers and have your daughter living with you.

don't lose your daughter just because of $$. it is not worth it.
