I'm trying to find out or find out where to find out whether or not DSS would have to inform the NCP in a situation where children might be removed from home of CP. (NCP is in another state)

The specific state in question is Wyoming. If that helps.

Anyone who might have a quick answer or suggestion of where to look for this type if information would be much appreciated.
