be required to at least contact the NCP to inform them of the situation/complaint if there was any type of complaint or investigation?

Also--would NCP have the right to contact CPS and ask if there was any type of complaint or investigation going on or that had taken place in the past with the CP?

Or is all of this dependent on the state?

How would they obtain the NCP contact information? Should NCP contact the local office and provide contact info on a "just in case you need it" basis? (thinking that they may discuss anything ongoing with NCP at that time)

Would NCP be contacted even if the children weren't removed from the home and there was an investigation taking place? Or is there any way to find that out?

Sorry--I think I'm kind of repeating myself here--but you get the idea of my question anyways...

Thanks in advance!!
