on the fourth CPS investigation started in May, this time the DA took charges for injury to a child, so now I have to defend myself with the help of my attorney. The detective was apologetic ?? for this but he said that the child had bruises on her ears and her skull?? and she said I did it. Let me tell you that all they have is pictures and what the girls is saying. We have records from the court appointed therapist where the girls states to her she lied on our previous CPS filed in January this year because her mom kept asking if I did it. My attorney says that maybe if he can prove that this are malicious intent charges started by the mother maybe they will drop the case. We have a lot that proves the has been after me for the past 4 years, statements from the mother to CPS that show how much she hates me. What do you think guys, I am devastated because honestly I didn't think they would come back with charges. Injury to a child, she has tried with all the CPS cases (this is the fourth) to get criminal charges and she finally gets them, I am in Texas does anyone here has any experience with this. The CPS case we guess will come back founded but again I will ask for a review, not sure if the criminal investigation will change that process. Guys I need a lot of help on this.
