Jeannie and NCSM, My situation is different than yours, but I did find a bit of proof to exonerate me against my daughter's allegations. I found this posting from my daughter on the internet. I have it saved in a file, and I edited out the bad language here, but this is the key statement:

"~now this gets deep, i f###in filed false sexual abuse charges against my dad so i couls live with my mum and get away from him"

Nice, huh? They had already dropped the charges and she recanted, but I am hanging onto this file, just in case. It has her mother's IP address attached. I have another one where a friend asks her "Did you really file a fake thing against your dad?" (That is by memory, not copy paste.) My daughter replied that she confessed about a week later, although I was not aware that she recanted until a couple of months later.

I can tell you that the CPS people operate under their own set of rules, which are designed to get you. To be charitable, they are really designed to protect the children from possible harm, even if there is not much proof of harm, but the net result is guilt until proven innocent. They see themselves as more valuable to the children than the child's own family, so they fail to grasp the harm THEY cause, which is the worst of all.
