The 16-year-old has no contact with her father and has had no contact for over a year, since the court case began.
Father had custody. Mother was fighting for custody and a lot of money. Mother got custody but no child support. The judge called it a wash as the father still has custody of his son and is paying for the son's college education.
So what does sole legal custody mean? If my husband isn't a part of the major decisions with regard to his daughter, how can he be expected to pay?
